Vermouth

Vermouth is an aromatised, fortified wine infused with botanicals, herbs, and spices. It comes in dry (white) and sweet (red) varieties, widely used in classic cocktails like the Martini and Negroni. Popular brands include Martini & Cinzano. It can also be enjoyed on its own or with a splash of soda.
